ACH Schedule for Memorial Day

Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, May 23, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Memorial Day). ACH files received on Friday, May 24, will not settle until Tuesday, May 28.

Answer:

If you know you will be traveling, email the Payment Services department at creditcards@fib.com or call 855-342-3400 to inform us of the dates and areas of travel. This will ensure continued access to your account while you are traveling.
