ACH Schedule for Memorial Day

Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, May 23, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Memorial Day). ACH files received on Friday, May 24, will not settle until Tuesday, May 28.

How do I update my contact information?

Answer:

To update your debit card contact information, contact the Client Support Center at 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Credit card holders may contact our Payments Division at 888-833-3454.
